huckleberry bath
x2 redesign.
The Huckleberry home is nestled in a family-friendly cul de sac in Hilliard. With busy family schedules and a work-from home lifestyle, it was important to Katie to create functional yet calming spaces for the entire family unit. We redesigned the ensuite bath as well as the hall bath for their children. While each space is unique in their own way, the primary goals remained the same to provide space-saving storage and elevated elements.
kicking things off
out with the old, in with the new.
In both baths, Katie used sophisticated surfaces like Cambria quartz countertops and Hamilton Parker tile. The ensuite theme was a moody, modern palette, while soft sage and neutrals were used for the hall bath. To create unison between the two baths, beautiful brass fixtures were used for embodied elegance and a classic finish.
In addition to beauty, the ensuite bath is embedded with technological convenience. The Kohler Anthem Digital Valve was installed for temperature and water control. An added feature to prepare the perfect shower. Railroad crossing tile is used to create an illusion to draw the eye up creating vertical depth in the shower. Once outdated, these bath spaces are filled with modern luxuries and nuanced craftsmanship.
