brentwood kitchen redesign.
Our clients wanted a kitchen that allowed them to cook side by side with ease. The existing galley felt dark and crowded, making everyday use frustrating. They were drawn to a brighter, cleaner aesthetic—one that felt open, calm, and reflective of their personal style.
kicking things off
The original layout limited both movement and function. With the range positioned directly beside the sink and the refrigerator blocking circulation, the kitchen struggled to support more than one person at a time. A complete rethinking of the space was needed to restore flow and usability.
out with the old, in with the new.
By opening a portion of the kitchen to the adjacent hallway, we introduced a peninsula with seating for the kids while Mom and Dad cook. Relocating the refrigerator and range dramatically improved function. Evergreen Fog cabinetry, walnut accents, Cambria waterfall counters, and full-height splash balance beauty with ease of maintenance.
One of our favorite details is the custom coffee station designed to conceal a structural bump-out at the end of the room. Though the cabinetry appears full depth, it’s thoughtfully scaled to hide ductwork behind—an intentional solution that blends seamlessly into the overall design.
