weyant full home remodel
The Weyant full home remodel project began with a need for a larger entertaining space, while enduring an intimate feel. The main spaces reimagined were the refinishing of the whole basement and creating a basement bar, basement gym, primary bath, and a full bath. While these spaces punched extra passion, Katie and team still subtly updated existing the kitchen, laundry room, and powder rooms. These upgrades included unique digital amenities, refinished flooring and countertops and design styling.
kicking things off
Katie presented renderings of inspiration to her clients, which aided in the material selection process. There was a lot of focus on gutting the existing basement and removing beams to open up the area for both the bar and gym. Reconfiguration of the primary bath was also a large operation.

out with the old, in with the new.
While selecting design materials, Katie and clients chose luxe finishes such as Visual Comfort sconces, Hamilton Parker tile, and technological advances including a Kohler light sensor bidet and a Brizo digital temperature regulating thermostat.
